We deliver to Mainland UK, Northern Ireland, and Scottish Isles by Royal Mail or Courier Service depending on size and weight.  Delivery takes 2-3 working days. Remote parts of the UK may take longer – please check below.

Up to 500g – £4.95 plus VAT
Up to 2kg – £15.00 plus VAT
Up to 5kg – £16.95 plus VAT
Up to 10kg – £24.95 plus VAT
Over 10kg – £29.95 plus VAT

Orders received after 12 noon will be processed the following working day.

Our Returns Policy

Before returning an item to us you must contact us and advise us of the problem either by email info@masseyparts.co.uk or by telephoning 01995 640302.

Non-faulty items must be sent back unused in their original packaging with labels intact and within 14 days of the invoice date.  Please include the original receipt. Once received, we will offer an exchange or a full refund if required. 

You will be required to pay postage when returning your items to us. Please note that these return and original postage costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty, in which case we will refund the original postage costs. Items returned must be properly packaged and sent fully pre-paid to our address.

When returning any item we strongly advise that you request a receipt/proof of delivery in case of non delivery or damage.  We reserve the right to withhold the refund if a proof of delivery is not obtained or the item is returned damaged and in such events it is your responsibility to pursue a claim with your carrier. Clarke and Pulman cannot be held responsible in this case.

Please include your name, address, telephone number, a copy of your receipt and a covering letter explaining why you are returning the item and if you would like us to refund or exchange the item.  With any returns we reserve the right not to refund any item returned in poor condition or after the 14 day period.

All products purchased from Clarke and Pulman  are guaranteed against manufacturing defects but these guarantees may vary depending on products & manufacturers. If you think that your item is faulty then please contact us as soon as possible. All items will be inspected by ourselves and often by the manufacturer before being deemed faulty. Once we are satisfied that the goods are faulty, depending on the circumstances they may be repaired, replaced, exchanged or refunded.

If the goods supplied to you are damaged on delivery, you should notify us by phone within 7 days of receipt of the goods.
